As we approach the Easter period, we are pleased to share an update on the works that have taken place at Carrington.
The streetlights have been installed, retaining walls are 90% complete and footpaths and topsoil is taking shape. The road has recently been laid with asphalt.
Stage 1 Anticipated Settlement Date: June / July 2022
We have received council approvals for Stage 3. Sewer commenced last week and bulk earthworks are 90% complete across the stage. Walls have started in Stage 2 and drainage is nearly complete which will allow us to move over to Stage 3. APA have now completed gas main works within the future Linear Reserve which allows us to commence road construction in Stage 3.

Stage 3 Anticipated Settlement Date: Q4 2022
We are tendering Stage 4 and Stage 5 together, and hope to commence works later this year once all engineering approvals are achieved.
Stage 4 & 5 Anticipated Settlement Date: Q2 2023
