We are pleased to share an update on the works that have taken place at Carrington recently.
All civil works are complete and titles have been registered.
Stage 1 Anticipated Settlement Date: late June 2022
Kerb and channel installation has commenced in Stage 2 with the electrical reticulation to commence in June 2022.
For Stage 3, drainage works have been completed with pavement works to commence in June 2022.
Stage 2 Anticipated Settlement Date: September 2022
Stage 3 Anticipated Settlement Date: Q4 2022
We are in the final stages of awarding the civil contracts for Stages 4 and 5, with works to commence once approvals are obtained.
Stage 4 & 5 Anticipated Settlement Date: Q2 2023
