We are pleased to share an update on the works that have taken place at Carrington recently.

Stage 2

All civil works are complete, Statement of Compliance was achieved in early November 2022. Settlements to occur in November 2022.

Stage 2b

Footpath works have been completed in Stage 2B with civil works scheduled to be completed in early November 2022. Settlements are anticipated for December 2022.

Stage 4 & 5

Sewer reticulation has commenced in Stages 4 and 5, with drainage works to commence in November 2022.

Stage 4 & 5 Anticipated Settlement Date: Q2 2023
