We are pleased to share an update on the works that have taken place at Carrington recently.
Title Registration complete on 15 June 2022.
Footpath works have commenced in Stage 2 with civil works scheduled to be completed in August 2022.
For Stage 3, water reticulation works have been completed with pavement works to continue in August 2022.
Stage 2 Anticipated Settlement Date: September 2022
Stage 3 Anticipated Settlement Date: Q4 2022
Construction has commenced for Stages 4 and 5 in July, with earthworks to continue into August 2022.
Stage 4 & 5 Anticipated Settlement Date: Q2 2023
